Continental Condominiums II by Resort Collection

Our Unit 316 stay at the Continental Condominiums through Southern Vacation Rentals was great. The ocean view was beautiful, the beach was easy to get to, and the space was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed, though for a longer visit you'll want extra paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, and dish soap. There was a regular coffee maker, no Keurig, which wasn't a deal breaker, and the knives were a bit dull. Plenty of towels were supplied, but bring your own beach towels. We'd book with this company again and highly recommend it.

The location is hard to beat, just steps from the beach with an amazing view. We've stayed in three different units and have never been disappointed. It's a smaller condominium complex with only five floors, not counting the very top, and we prefer it to the high-rise condos.

Our studio was on the second floor, facing the beach, room #216. It was clean, had a comfortable bed, and came with everything we needed. The patio furniture was nice and new. They are updating the rooms, parking area, and grounds. When we stayed here a few years ago, the place looked a little tired, but now it seems to be coming back to life. We had a great stay at the Continental and would definitely return.

We had a great time here, and this property is going to be our Panama City Beach destination from now on. The staff were friendly and very clean accommodations, and they were easy to reach with a quick call or text if we needed anything. They also left us alone when we wanted privacy. My husband left his wallet with over $1,000 cash on top of our car, and the staff returned it intact, which says a lot. We ate lunch at flippers, the little grill on the property, and the cheeseburgers were delicious. The beach access is easy, and there's a great pool on site. I'd highly recommend this place.
