The suites were clean, spacious, comfortable, and fabulous, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. The hotel, staff, and atmosphere all went beyond what we expected. Victoria and her coworker who looked after the beach chairs and umbrellas deserve a special thank you for their kindness and great service. We’ll definitely return. Thanks for making the trip so memorable. Our experience at Springfield Suites in Panama City Beach was a 10 out of 10.

The private beach access meant it wasn’t crowded, and I found so many cool shells and saw SOOOOOO many dolphins. The lazy river jets were a little aggressive 😂, they nearly pulled our bottoms off as we floated by. The lobby bar food was fabulous. HIGHLY recommend the jalapeño cornbread stuffed chicken! Katie was a sweet, great bartender, and Estella at the pool bar was amazing too, really efficient and knows what her patrons like. The one problem with the whole stay was the elevators, sometimes a 15-20 minute wait. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

The views are incredible, and I loved the complimentary breakfast. This place is a 10/10, and I can’t recommend it enough. Victoria gave outstanding service and made our stay memorable. She was friendly, attentive, warm, and professional, and went above and beyond to make our beach days feel special. She made us feel welcome every time we headed down to the beach. Aside from the railing noise, we really like the hotel and would consider coming back. I hope all the railings on corner units can be checked and fixed so future guests, including us, don’t have the same problem. We were in Room 1019. Around 4 p.m. on arrival, we heard a loud noise from the balcony railing, apparently caused by the wind, and it sounded a bit unsafe. The front desk said no other room of the same type was available, but they’d send an engineer. He came after 9 p.m., when the wind had died down and the noise had stopped. We were already in bed, so he couldn’t hear it or really see what was happening. We thought it was sorted, but the next night the noise started again around 1 a.m. and continued until about 4, keeping us awake for hours. We took a video with the balcony door fully locked. During the day, when we could reach the front desk, the wind would calm and the noise would stop. We didn’t want to keep going back and forth, so we bought earplugs. That’s not what you expect to need on a hotel vacation. My parents in Room 1018 also heard the noise in the middle of the night, so nearby rooms may be affected too.
