Endless Summer A 19

The condo was beautiful, and honestly I could live there, but a few things made the four-night stay inconvenient. The bedroom was supposed to have a TV, but there wasn’t one, and the can opener didn’t work. The stackable washer and dryer had an issue too. I contacted vasca, and they arranged for someone to call me about fixing it, but I don’t know whether anyone ever came or if it was fixed. The pool was nice, although in the last day or two it looked like there were a lot of bugs in it.

C 18 Panama City beach was awful. The place was dirty and rundown from the start: a nasty bench by the door, blood on the kitchen wall, filthy window seals, disgusting curtains on both sides of the sliding glass door, and upstairs carpet that turned my bare feet black. The blinds looked like a cat had torn them down. There was mold on the bedroom headboard, patchwork in the bathtub, and no lock on the bathroom door. The dishes were dirty, and the pots and pans looked like they’d been used in a fight. There was only one TV. They say six people max, but left six towels, only two of which could wrap around you. For more, you have to take them to another building and pay to wash them. The hot tub was cloudy. I absolutely do not recommend this condo.

The beach across the street was the best part, and we did have a nice time, but the first day was a mess. We arrived Saturday, May 24, 2025, after a 10-hour drive and had no entry code email from the owner. She eventually sent one, but it wouldn’t open. We called at least five times and got no answer, and the condo numbers were so mixed up we couldn’t find ours. After about an hour, we found it and texted the owner, who finally replied with the door code. The condo itself was nice, but the sliding screen door had a broken handle and was very hard to use. It faces a courtyard with not much of a view. The VRBO post showed all the rooms, and now we understand why the living room curtains were closed. The view really wasn’t nice. The door and all the first-day problems left a bad impression. We won’t return. Condo # is A8. Beware! Donna and Rick Grisham

D3 has been amazing, and tonight is our last night here. David the host has made sure we have what we need, so basically you just bring clothes and food. I love the pools and the shower station, and it’s so close to the ocean beach front. Such a lovely place. We’ll be back on one of our next trips.
