Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Panama City Beach

We had trouble getting the room we wanted because of an issue with a third-party booking, but Clayten understood right away and made sure our needs were taken care of. He’s genuinely kind and went the extra mile, and the staff overall were wonderful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was convenient. A great stay, and I’d definitely choose this place again.

Sydney went out of her way to help move my room to Pensacola on short notice. Thanks to her and the team! I stayed almost a week, and the staff and service were amazing. It’s easy, in a great location, with good food nearby. I think I’ll stay here every time now. See you again soon.

This was below what I expected from a Marriott. The TV didn’t work for my whole Memorial Day getaway, and they couldn’t find anyone to fix it. Breakfast was decent, but the choices were limited. On checkout day, I’d confirmed by phone at 8:30 a.m. that breakfast would be served until 10, but the woman started putting everything away at 9. We got there in time for coffee and a bagel, but there were no eggs, sausage, or fruit. Some people arrived after us to find the room nearly empty and told her breakfast was supposed to go until 10, but she didn’t care. The front desk was nowhere to be found, and apparently the older woman serving breakfast had the final say in that area. I’d probably return if this Marriott’s administrator steps up and brings the location to the level of the ones we’ve stayed at around the country.

We’ve stayed at several Fairfield Inn Marriotts, and this one was disappointing. There was mold in the shower, the shower wouldn’t close all the way, and the phone didn’t work. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the last day or evening. When we called for toilet paper, we ended up going downstairs to ask for it and were told the items were in the queue. If a guest has no toilet paper, it should be brought right away. Two floors also had no ice. This stay was very disappointing.
