Majestic Beach Towers 1-1302

The beach was a short, pleasant walk away, and that was the only good part of our stay. The pullout bed was broken and wouldn’t fold back into the couch or pull out properly, so with seven of us counting on it, some guests had to sleep on couch pillows on the floor. There was mold in the shower, beer cans and pong balls under the couches, a strong urine smell in the kitchen, and the AC didn’t work. We also found blood stains on the bedroom sheet. We called and texted the property owner eight times on Saturday and kept trying throughout the trip, but never got a response. We spent a lot of money to stay here and nobody seemed concerned. We’ll never stay here again or recommend it.

The indoor heated pool was a highlight, and we had such a good time that we were sad to leave. We had two rooms with balconies and amazing views, including an oversized balcony with a big table, lounge chair, and seating for ten. Check-in was easy, with everything sent ahead so there was no line for keys. The hallways are open to the outdoors, so bring extra clothes if you’re swimming in winter. The hot water wasn’t very hot and the oven didn’t work well, but those didn’t spoil things for us. The restaurant and market were closed the week of Christmas and didn’t reopen until after Christmas. There’s a movie theater and game room, and Publix groceries ordered through Instacart came right to our door, which was so convenient. The staff were really sweet and the service was outstanding. When my truck broke down in the parking garage, the security guard there kindly brought over a jumper box for my husband. We plan to come back. This is our new favorite spot.

T2-2209 was spotless and had lovely views. All three rooms had comfortable beds, and the balcony had nice seating. We didn’t need extra towels or any help during our stay.

Getting in and out was easy, with a dedicated area to unload or load before parking, and we never waited more than three minutes for an elevator. Security was friendly and always kept an eye on the pools to make sure people followed the rules. The pools were nice, and the bar and grill beside the Tower 1 pools had reasonable prices. The staff were friendly too. A perfect spot right on the beach.
