Check-in went smoothly and the front desk staff were friendly, but one of our two rooms wasn’t ready. We’d asked for nearby rooms, yet they ended up far apart, on different floors and opposite sides of the building. The rooms were updated, roomy, and had useful kitchens, though all the TVs were small. We’ll likely choose somewhere else next time, since there are plenty of nearby resorts, including Hilton Vacation Club Bayside Resort next door. The pool area was great, with a large hot tub, volleyball, a splash pad, cornhole, life-size chess, billiards, and ping pong. There’s also a nice gym and small theater. But the cleanliness was concerning: the floors and bathrooms were dirty, a shower had a couple of used bandages with hair stuck to them, and several towels had hair on them. On day two, we found a large cockroach in the shower. The front desk said an engineer would come in a few minutes, but no one showed for 45 minutes. We called again and someone arrived soon after. Housekeeping was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout our stay. There were few or no food and liquor options on site, so we had to eat out or shop at the local Publix or Aldi for meals. The resort is also several minutes from the beach. It had plenty of good features, but the issues were hard to overlook, especially since resort staff and housekeeping could have prevented many of them.

This is a smaller MVC property in a great spot, and the spacious, comfortable, well appointed rooms were a plus. It worked well for families. The pool is on the small side, but it wasn’t crowded even during spring break. The kids club is small too, though it has plenty of games and puzzles for a rainy day. My only minor gripe was not being able to trade wet pool towels for dry ones. With a washer and dryer in the room, it wasn’t a big deal.

We’re two retired couples and had a wonderful time here. The staff were helpful and friendly from check-in, and the room and grounds were well kept. We enjoyed the activities, and the people running them were cheerful, helpful, and fun. It’s a great location for visiting several beaches and restaurants. There was plenty to do on site, and I think families would enjoy it too. We’d be happy to return and recommend it. Thanks to everyone! Becks and Swains

The villas were clean and laid out nicely, and the staff were friendly. It was a quiet stay at a very small resort with little to do on the property. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub looked nice, but they were closed on the only sunny days of my visit. I hadn’t been told about the closure when I booked. I knew there was exterior painting planned and expected it to be finished by my visit, but it wasn’t. There was also a bad smell outside most of the time.

We spent three weeks here and appreciated the accessible accommodations. The two king suite gave us plenty of space, and we loved the activities, pool area, and security. Everyone was kind, efficient, and friendly, including Danielle at desk, Elizabeth in housekeeping, and Travis and the girls in activities.
