Bill’s condo had everything we could need for a vacation, and Bill was the perfect host. This is easily my favorite beach condo I’ve stayed in. We really enjoyed being right on the beach with direct sand access. There are two pools, a hot tub, and a beautiful beach where you can buy chairs if you want. Beside the paid chairs, there’s a huge area for setting up tents and umbrellas, and banana tubes ride right next to the beach area. Parking wasn’t too bad. If there’s no spot under the condo, there’s a large parking garage across the street with a covered walkway over the road. 10/10, would recommend.

Be very careful with parking at Ocean Villa. Our daughter’s car had been parked there for nine days, but her white parking paper accidentally got turned over. They towed it without warning, even though they could have recognized it had been there that long. I’m incredibly annoyed. Don’t make a small mistake, apparently. This is unacceptable, and we definitely won’t be back!

We left as soon as we could. The condo was such a letdown that I didn't even feel like going out to the beach. Being right on the beach was the one good thing. The place felt like a dump, and I couldn't understand why people seemed excited to be there. Most guests had brought groceries, but I wouldn't cook in those kitchens. Horrible.

We were happy with the condo itself and would stay there again. The owner was really nice and helpful, and the other problems weren't their fault. The biggest drawback was the elevators: of the three, only one worked for most of our week. We were on the 17th floor, so taking the stairs wasn't realistic with our health issues. One wait was 35 minutes, and plenty of others were 15-20 minutes or longer. An owner said they'd been working on the elevators for quite a while, though I understand maintenance is needed. That would make us think twice about staying here. In the room, the master bedroom fan needed a battery for its remote. It wasn't a major issue, and someone brought one a couple of days after check-in. We also had just four washcloths for four registered guests. That was more inconvenient, and we got four more on Wednesday, four days after check-in. The condo was very nice and clean.
