The location was what we loved most, and the condo felt nicely private. We made good use of the hot tub, and having a heated pool was even better. There’s a grill along the side of the building too. We booked through Airbnb and would happily return. We had a Mercedes Sprinter and parking still worked out: there’s another lot behind the condos because the main garage has height limits. The uncovered 30-minute spot out front also made unloading easy.

The hot tub was a real highlight, and the pool was good. Security seemed on top of things, and the beach was close by. The condo itself was fabulous, but the garage was a pain. The spaces seem sized for compact cars. A regular car or SUV barely fits, and if someone parks beside you, maybe only the driver can get out.

I woke up covered in bites and welts from what seemed to be an allergic reaction to bed bug bites in Room #1304. We ended up throwing our luggage away to try to keep anything from coming home with us. That was devastating. We came to enjoy a vacation and left with trauma and anxiety. The place had seemed nice at first, but after the bugs, parking trouble, and lack of replies, I would never stay again. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed, 10/10. The front desk couldn’t help with the parking pass because the condos are privately owned. The owner is responsible for passes, and we never got ours or a gate code. We had to ask other guests for the code. The staff did let us keep our vehicle there without towing it, but that was all they could do. The balconies were very hard to open, and the motion-detected sinks kept turning off, so we had to figure them out ourselves. I’m still waiting for a refund, though I’m not optimistic.

We had a great spring break here with the kids, and it was our first time at 30A. I can’t wait to come back. The walls in our unit seemed thin, so we could hear a lot from other rooms. It wasn’t too bad, though, since a TV or fan could drown the noise out.

The view was the best part, absolutely beautiful, and I’d stay here again. We spent three days in unit 404 with our family of six. The apartment was clean and roomy, though the dated carpet and old televisions could use an upgrade. We had a couple of check-in snags, but the rental company sorted them out quickly.
