The owner was extremely nice, informative, quick to respond, and a pleasure to talk with. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it. It had everything we needed for a beach vacation away from home, in a clean, quiet community with the comforts of home. The elevator was handy for loading and unloading. The pool has a shower to rinse sand off your feet, and walking was surprisingly faster than trying to drive and park. There are a few access points, and this end of the beach isn’t as busy as the very crowded area near Edgewater resorts.

The nature preserve behind the building was lovely to enjoy from the private deck. Even across the street, you can still see the water, and the beach wasn’t crowded. The locals were very welcoming. We had a great stay and can’t wait to return! I can’t speak for every unit, but Holly and Curt's was immaculate and felt homey, with a phenomenal location. Walmart, Publix, and Winn-Dixie are minutes away, and there’s a dollar general a few blocks behind it. Alvin's island is right next door but set apart enough that we didn’t see the traffic. The pool was nice. I prefer warm water, despite what other reviews say. There are two outdoor showers, one at the entrance and one by the pool.

We had a great stay and no problems with the lodging we chose. The only issue was the sheer number of people and the traffic in such a small town at this time of year.
