The bedrooms were upstairs, and I can’t manage stairs because of my health issues. Parking cost $45, and there was also a $1 charge to use the pool. A neighbor was nosy and started trouble with me over parking. Even after I’d paid the $45, she told me I had to move and park outside. She sat in her car watching us for hours on the day we arrived. I’ll never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it. Worst trip ever.

It’s not a new place, but the site is in good condition. The HOA lady was really nice, and the pools were great. Getting to the beach is easy, just cross the street. What I liked most is that restaurants, supermarkets, a liquor store, CVS, and other places are all within about two miles.
