Resid Inn Panama City Beach Pier Park (DO NOT USE)

We found a diamond in the rough. It’s a quiet, calm long-stay hotel that’s affordable, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff are always ready to help, and my family and I would stay again. NADIA was amazing. She seemed to notice what we needed before we even asked and went above and beyond. She’ll be a familiar face that makes me want to return, and we’re grateful for her hospitality. Levitras in housekeeping was wonderful too, attentive and aware. I hope both of them get recognized. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

We had a clean, good-looking two-bedroom suite, and the hotel itself seemed in good condition. Breakfast was a different story. Most of the food was gone when we came down, and the selection was unusually limited for a Residence Inn: dry bagels, dry cereal, or dry scrambled eggs and sausages. Super 8 could probably brag about its breakfast over this place. I told the front desk that things were empty and the manager should know how sparse the selection was. The employee kept looking at her computer without a word. When my wife and I said the service was poor, she just shrugged with a “gen z” kind of stare. It wasn’t up to Marriott standards. We won’t return. They should train staff better and learn from other Residence Inns how to serve breakfast.

Marsha was a huge help at check-in. Our plans had changed, and she went out of her way to find a solution that worked for us. The place was clean and comfortable, and we’re very happy with our stay. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and well maintained, with a nice pool and plenty of seating and BBQs around it. Breakfast was great too, with waffles, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and lots more.
