The view from our balcony was beautiful, and the beach was nice. We had a beautiful condo, room 605, but the resort felt crowded, especially around the pool. Lots of kids were using both the pool and hot tub. The chair rentals were expensive, $50 a day and then $40 a day after that. The walkway to the beach is narrow and has no ramp. The floors are extremely slippery, and it stayed pretty loud until the pool closed at 10 p.m.
Everyone was super nice, and the view was great. The place had everything we needed, including a toaster, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, a grill, and other things. I had a great stay and definitely recommend it.
Not worth the money, honestly. We had water on the first night of our stay, and it was fixed around noon the next day. The room looked good because the furniture was okay, but it wasn’t clean. Don’t walk barefoot across the kitchen carpet if you don’t have slippers, it seemed like it had never been washed. Be prepared to go without Wi-Fi. It worked on the first day, then there was no signal. The kitchen had an ice maker but no toaster, and all the plates were too big for the microwave.
Natalie at the wristband desk was such a joyful delight. She did her job so well, made us feel welcome, and explained everything we needed to know.
The condo was clean and nice, and we had a great sunset view from the second floor. Parking wasn’t an issue. The beach was very clean and just a short walk away, and the place is very close to pier park.
