The towels were nice and there were plenty of them, and the area was quiet. The best part was the excellent ocean view from our second-floor unit. Inside, though, the place needed a proper cleaning and paint was peeling in spots. The furniture was worn and dirty, the kitchen had no oven pans or even oven mitts, and I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated. Noise carried in from the neighboring units because there wasn’t much soundproofing.

For $2,400 for four nights, I expected a lot better. The living room furniture was dated and had covers on it, and there were roach traps in the kitchen right where the dinnerware was kept. An outlet was hanging off the wall, there was a large hairball on the stair railing, and the sliding doors were coming off the closet frame. The top of the refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Nice is about all I can say, not great or terrible, just nice.

This is just about the A-15 condo we stayed in, not the whole complex. It was roomy, but very dated, and the carpet was really dirty and stained. New carpet is needed throughout. Music from newbies played all night and made it hard to sleep, so I’d bring a fan or get a white noise app to cover it up. The attached picture shows the balcony view.

We could walk straight onto the sand, and restaurants, shops, and attractions were only a short walk or drive away. Sugar Beach is a smaller, well-kept complex, and the pool is right by the beach without getting crowded. We also had tennis and pickleball courts steps from our door. Guests and owners were friendly, and the place felt like a peaceful little community instead of a chaotic big resort. Our condo was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The ocean views were stunning, too. We had such a great stay that we’re already planning another trip. It’s a lovely quiet and comfortable beachfront spot with good amenities for couples, families, or anyone else looking for a relaxing stay. We’ll be back!

The outside looked nice, and we’d stay again. Inside, the entry could use some work: the code worked on the first try sometimes, but about half the time we had to enter it several times. The trim by the entrance was busted, too. Just a few cosmetic issues.
