It felt like home, and we absolutely loved our stay at Summer Towne. Being able to cook our own meals and do laundry there saved us a lot of money. We enjoyed it so much that we’re going back next month for nine days!

This is easily the best hidden spot in Panama City. The Cottage is amazing, with great views, convenient access, and everything you need. It’s the best Airbnb in Panama City Beach. Don’t miss out, you won’t be disappointed.

We’re here for bike week in unit 9, and we’ve enjoyed the location and Lesley, the owner. The HOA told us to remove our trailer, even though it would fit easily in the driveway. I paid $40 to store it elsewhere. As of 5/4/19, there were at least two other trailers on the property, so it’s clear the HOA has its favorites. I took pictures and will post them and this review wherever I can. HOA of Summer Towne Cottages of Panama City, I’m asking you to reimburse the $40 storage cost, since you aren’t applying the rules equally. I gave five stars because of the owner, but because of the HOA, I won’t stay here or recommend it until the rules are followed equally.
