We’ve been coming to PCB twice a year and staying at Sunrise condos for almost 10 years, but the place seems to get worse every visit. Thanks for allowing a slightly early check-in, and the balcony furniture was enjoyable. Still, on this second visit in a row, I hadn't received the code needed to pay the extra $50 for parking. The first two hours of our vacation went to trying to reach someone, and I eventually had to go to the entrance booth to get help. Inside, the sofa was badly stained, worn out, and very uncomfortable. I appreciate the offer to have it cleaned, but that should have happened before the vacation we paid $2,200 for. We found an ironing board but no iron, and the floors clearly hadn't been mopped in a long time. Our feet were black just from walking around. Some bathroom rugs would be nice too. It's not up to par anymore, so we'll try another condo next time. I know you probably don't care, but I needed to get that off my mind.

The grounds crew seemed to be cleaning constantly, from the pools and parking lot to the grills and beach walkways, and the whole place was really clean. Our room was great, though I imagine that depends on which room and owner you book with. The beach chair and umbrella rentals were handy with kids. The parking fee is a steep $50, and the splash pad was broken, but otherwise we thought everything was phenomenal.

We'd stayed here before and had a nice time, but it's gone downhill over the past few years. The splash pad no longer works, and one of the hot tubs was out of order all week. Paying $3,000 for a condo with half the amenities unavailable isn't okay, and staff were rude when I shared how I felt. We'll never stay here again. I'd spend the time and money somewhere else.

The rooms are really big, with space for at least 10 people if you bring air mattresses. The pools were nice and stayed open at night. I didn't see a hotel restaurant, though I can't say whether there is one. It was a very fun stay, a VERY GOOD hotel.

It was a nice place, but my wife and I were both disappointed. For the price, we expected it to be nicer. It was okay, just not what we hoped for.
