Tropic Winds Condominium

The room was beautiful, and the condo was really nice and clean. Parking was the downside, the spaces are pretty close together and there's not much room.

Everything was so clean, from our room and the walkways to the elevators and garage. The garage is small, but every home has a reserved space. Our condo included beach chair service, and we had the best view, right on the beach.

The sunset views were amazing, and the property is in a quiet spot that's still convenient to stores and shopping. We loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. Taylor, the chair attendant, moved my umbrella into full sun each day because I can't sit in the sun. Such a thoughtful thing to do. Our granddaughter was thrilled with the pool, and all of us had a wonderful time. We're already looking forward to coming back next year. We spent 10 days here, and it's one of the best maintained places we've stayed. The property was clean, and it was easy to get to the beach from anywhere on the grounds. The indoor/outdoor pool was a great place to cool off, with a clean steam room and restrooms nearby. We also enjoyed using the gas and charcoal grills. Security was tight, and there was always an employee around when we needed one. On arrival, our condo floors weren't as clean as we'd expected. People kept knocking on our door asking if we knew who was smoking weed near our end of the property, which got frustrating. On our last day, they found three young men in the stairwell across from our room. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property and beach, and the rule is enforced.

The huge balcony had an amazing view, and the beach chair and umbrella service was a lovely extra. The location, cleanliness, amenities, and communication with the host were all perfect. It was a great place for our annual family summer vacation.
