Our cabin was clean, the area felt safe, and the beds were good. It was fairly priced, and we enjoyed the stay. The only downside I can think of was the small shower.

Check-in is at the inn down the road, not at the cabins. The front desk guy looked completely miserable, and someone calling him a “misery man” got it exactly right. Inside the cabin, the sheets had unexplained stains, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed since the early 2000s, and old gummy bears were scattered around. The shower was tiny and moldy, with water that smelled like pee. Its little water heater ran out after about 90 seconds. There was a giant trap under the sink, spiders crawling around, and a gap under the front door that let in bugs and a draft. We left feeling dirty, itchy, and vaguely haunted. Bryce Getaway Cabins was one of the grossest places I’ve ever stayed. Please do yourself a favor and sleep in your car, at least its water won’t smell like urine.

Four of us were on a motorcycle trip from Vegas when we realized it was 30 degrees and snowing, and we couldn’t make our destination. We called at the last minute, and I’m pretty sure the manager preheated the cabin when I said we’d be there in 20 minutes because he knew we were freezing. It was warm, cozy, clean, and smelled like wood. The shower was great, with strong hot water. The price and customer service are hard to beat. Thank you!

The rooms are a little dated, but they’re very clean and comfortable. We found the location especially convenient for visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. Each unit has its own parking spot right in front, so unloading and parking the car was easy. The fridge and microwave in the room were handy for storing snacks and making quick meals.
