The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and had a kitchen plus two bathrooms. It’s a short walk to the Strip and right next to Topgolf. The kitchen doesn’t include utensils or tableware, so you need to request those from housekeeping.

The 30th-floor balcony views were stunning. My husband recently stayed in a junior suite here on a business trip, and it turned out to be more than he expected. We’re looking forward to coming back.

Being connected to MGM Grand was handy, and the hotel felt a little removed from the Vegas Strip's busyness. We had a great time at the pools, though there's a $50 nightly pool maintenance fee. The room was huge and had two bathrooms. The main bed was comfortable, but the pull-out wasn't.

The rooms are good, but my experiences with the front desk have been dismissive, with no effort to find a solution. They blame the third party for everything, and the lack of communication with housekeeping is frustrating. When I first arrived, a very angry woman was complaining that her restroom had been flooding and she hadn't had towels to shower with since 6am. It was 1pm, and the front desk was still deflecting blame instead of working on a fix. Management needs to improve customer service.

Everything is easy to reach on foot, and you can get to the main MGM Grand casino without going outside. The hotel is right on the main Strip.
