The staff made this stay especially easy. Everyone I met, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly, responsive, and seemed to care about making guests comfortable. Check-in was smooth after a long travel day, and I felt welcomed rather than rushed. The room was clean and roomy, with a comfortable bed, good linens, handy outlets, and enough space to relax. It felt comfortable instead of sterile. I also appreciated the full fridge and microwave in the kitchenette, plus the useful desk and good lighting for work. The breakfast had a nice selection of hot food and fresh fruit, and the area stayed clean and stocked through the morning. Home2 Suites by Hilton in Paris, TX offers a comfortable, convenient stay with thoughtful service. I'd happily come back and recommend it to people passing through or staying longer.

The rooms were spotless, and the whole hotel had a warm, refreshing smell. The staff and service deserve five stars for making guests feel welcome and cared for. There were games and puzzles, along with delicious food. Stephany, Jennifer and Shannon showed wonderful hospitality and created an atmosphere I'm looking forward to returning to. Best customer service and accommodating stay I've had in Paris TX.

The on-site cocktail bar was the highlight for me, a relaxed place to wind down with a well-made drink. The hotel is right off the main loop in Paris, so local attractions are easy to reach. Rooms are comfortable and well-kept, and the staff handled check-in smoothly and responded to requests promptly. The fitness center and indoor salt water pool are nice additions. It's an affordable, reliable option for a pleasant stay.

I came for the weekend during the storm, and check-in went smoothly. The rooms were great, and I was able to work remotely. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute, and Michelle & Stefany were amazing. They took extra care of me and my sister and went above and beyond. I'd recommend home2 suites if you're in the Paris area.

The staff are warm and attentive, and everyone went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The craft cocktail bar is another highlight, with bartenders who clearly enjoy making distinctive, delicious drinks. It's a nice place to relax after a long day or start an evening. From the moment you enter, the beautiful finishes and careful design create a welcoming, luxurious feel. The owners seem to have considered every detail.
