Quality Inn Paris

The workers were nice, but this room was pretty dated, and I found both a spider and a cockroach in it. I stayed one night while traveling across the state. The quality also wasn’t what I’d found in other towns with the same name.

My card history showed that I’d been charged twice, even though the hotel staff kept telling me I hadn’t paid through booking.com. I had paid there, and booking.com said the hotel needed to refund me. It took three calls spread over several days to get anywhere, and I had to keep after them to do the right thing. At the hotel, they said they needed a card on file and that the money would be returned in ten days. It wasn’t. When I called, they again said I’d never paid through booking.com. I’ve never had a hotel experience this bad. If you take reservations through a third-party site, you should know how to handle them. I wouldn’t stay here.

I’ve stayed here three times now. The rooms have always been clean and in order, and the receptionist is friendly and knows what she’s doing. Breakfast is about what you’d expect. A good place to stay if you’re in Paris, TX for business.

I needed somewhere for a week while my house was being finished, and this place was a pain. There’s no ice in the one machine, the front office woman was rude, and late checkout wasn’t an option. My husband was at work, so I needed to stay a couple hours later and would have paid for it. I’d spent a couple of days at days inn before moving here. It was much more convenient there. Go there if you’re staying longer than one night. I don’t recommend this place at all.
