It felt just like home, and was very comfortable with great amenities. There’s a kitchenette, mud room, private balcony, sofa sleeper, fireplace, and private laundry, all at a very reasonable price. Another resort I nearly booked cost about $200-$300 more and didn’t have a kitchenette or private laundry. I’d definitely come back when I’m in beautiful Park City!

The unit itself was updated and very clean, and the location was convenient. But the first impression walking through the facility to our room was disappointing, with outdated hallways and signs. Be aware that the condo allows only one parking pass, and other cars in the lot can be ticketed. The beds were the biggest letdown. The master “king” was two cheap twin mattresses pushed together, and the pullout was the usual uncomfortable mattress, no fun for an adult. We stayed in the hot summer, and the portable AC cooled the kitchen and living room but didn’t do much for the bedroom. They did provide box fans, which we used. The price was reasonable, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We were about five minutes by car from Park City skiing, a short drive to Main Street nightlife, and within walking distance of a grocery store. The property itself looks nice, with stone kitchen flooring, tile in one bathroom, marble counters, a balcony, and a large window by the bed. I liked having a full kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, and basic cookware, plus a dishwasher and regular washer and dryer. The worn, frayed carpet edges were noticeable, but otherwise the place was pleasing to look at and well kept. The disappointing part was how many fixable issues seemed to have been left for guests. The lobby advertises a hot tub that no longer exists. I wouldn’t mind there being no hot tub, but it’s an unnecessary letdown to be told there is one, especially since staff had apparently heard about the outdated sign before and it was still up. The lobby, elevator, and hallways also had a significant smell. It wasn’t exactly offensive, but it didn’t smell clean or like somewhere you’d want your home to smell. Although the unit was listed as air conditioned, its system only circulated the building’s indoor air. In February, it stayed at 66 degrees Fahrenheit. Firewood was provided, but no kindling, so starting the fireplace meant finding some ourselves or holding the kitchen lighter to a log for several minutes and hoping the other logs caught. It was slow and arduous when that was our only way to warm up at the end of the day. The drain in the bathroom adjoining the bedroom was backed up too. With more effort from management or staff, including better preparation between guests, these issues seem like they could be resolved or made more manageable. That’s what kept an otherwise average stay from being a great one.

The suite was cute and came furnished with a bedroom, two bathrooms, in-room laundry, a fireplace with firewood on the small balcony, free Wi-Fi, and basic supplies. It’s right across from park city snow resort and close to grocery stores. One thing to know: it’s managed by Wyndam Vacation Rentals, so check-in is down the street, and there’s no daily housekeeping unless you request it. :) The bathrooms smelled really bad, maybe because our suite was on the first floor. A previous TripAdvisor tip mentioned it, but we didn’t expect it to be this bad. We called the front desk, and the Glade plug-ins they brought helped. Keeping the doors shut helped a little too.

It was my first visit to Park City, and I found this place clean, quiet, and well stocked with the things I needed. The location was great: I could walk to town, ski shops, and a grocery store, and the lifts were quick and easy to reach.
