Unit 102 has a deck with a BBQ, and the sauna and laundry are on the same floor. The unit doesn't need AC, though fans are provided. You can lock up your skis in the lobby before heading down one flight to the condo. Call Moose Management and ask for Unit 102. It's a great base in both winter and summer. Park City Mountain lifts are across the parking lot, and restaurants and bars like No Name and Bone Yard are close. Parking is free, both outside and underground. There's a heated pool, hot tub, relaxing sauna, and free bus shuttle every 10-15 min. Park City is a fabulous town, and the golf is spectacular, but make reservations. Units are independently owned, so amenities will vary.

We booked a small room without a kitchen, which was my mistake for not reading the reservation carefully. The complex is nice and close to the lifts, with a heated pool and jacuzzi. The support staff, who we could only reach by phone, were helpful.

The grounds feel secure, and the pool and hot tub are nice. It's also a great spot, just a short walk from the ski lifts and shopping.

I stayed in an Airbnb here. The pool area was great, though a pretty staunch matron was making sure nobody got up to anything after hours. If your unit is on the top floor, be ready for steep stairs. It's not wheelchair friendly.

We could hear every detail of conversations in the next room. There's no soundproofing, and an inch-wide gap under the door between rooms makes it especially easy to hear people. On top of that, there's no AC, the rooms are cramped, the TV didn't work, and the amenities feel antiquated. Our room was above a garage, so we constantly heard its door opening and closing. Other places nearby cost more, but they're worth it to avoid Edelweiss Haus.
