The people here really make the place. Everyone, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers, was warm and accommodating. We came back for our second family ski vacation, and the cozy feel and family touches like the heated pool, daily hot chocolate bar, and s’mores made it an easy choice. We love this hotel.

We still had a lovely visit despite the unusually poor snow this year. We’ve been staying at Hotel Park City for 15 years, and we especially love the cottage’s high ceilings, mountain and lake views, and central spot near the skiing, walking, cross-country skiing, shops, and grocery stores. The people are kind and professional, and Danielle in reservations is the best. We miss the old table-and-chair setup for check-in and checkout. It felt distinctively “Hotel Park City,” unlike the other resorts nearby. Dinner at Ruth Chris was a treat on most nights. The food is reliably delicious, and having it right in the hotel makes it an easy stroll. Ashley and Amelie at the front, who handle future reservations and greet guests, and all the servers made the Ruth Chris experience consistently great.

We look forward to every visit and are going to miss this place so much. It’s a beautiful property, and the staff seem genuinely glad to have you there, which makes each stay comfortable and easy. My son is thrilled that his favorite restaurant, Ruth’s Chris, is right on site. We’d recommend coming here without hesitation.

The property has lovely views from the windows, and it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The on-site amenities were fantastic, too. What really stood out to me was how professional, polite, and responsive the staff were compared with other places I’ve stayed. Great property.

Wade checked us in, and from there the bell staff were so helpful and kind, always smiling. The service was top notch, and I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Thanks to Wade and the whole team. We’ll definitely be back.
