Customer service from Luxury Mountain Destinations was responsive, reliable, and helpful. Parkite 34 was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the location right on Main Street was incredible. It’s toward the end of the street, so it wasn’t too loud or busy. Everything was wonderful with my six friends, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

There were fingernails in the carpet and a Band aid in the juicer, and that wasn’t even the whole problem. The hot tub and dryer were broken. We rented a unit for four days for over $8000, but AvantStay refused to take accountability and barely offered a reasonable refund. A man pretending to be the owner wandered around the property and even entered the unit multiple times. It felt unsafe and filthy. DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had the most horrible experience.

We’ve stayed in some great places, and this was one of the best in Park City. The units were really nice, and the location is great, especially if you want to be near Main Street.
