Check-in was easy, and the underground parking is free, though spaces are limited. There are plenty of indoor games, a small 3ft pool, and a sauna that looks well kept. The kitchens are full size. The shuttle to the resort was a much-appreciated perk, with times posted at the front desk. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance.

We chose this place for the pool during fall break, so finding out it was across the street and required an extra fee was a major letdown. The hot tub also smelled bad, and everyone in my family said their skin crawled after using it. Other guests we spoke with mentioned the smell too. Our suite had plenty of room, but it was shabby and due for an update. We could have used more towels for seven people. When I asked Jeff at the desk for an adjustment because the pool situation wasn’t what we expected, he acknowledged the problems but said they weren’t the hotel’s responsibility. I’d suggest coordinating the facility information so guests aren’t surprised by missing or separate-fee amenities. I wouldn’t recommend Park Plaza Resort in Park City UT.

The staff were friendly, and a special thanks to Ivan for being so helpful and making sure we had a memorable stay. The place was beautiful, in a great location, and all the amenities were in good shape. 100% recommended.

The room was clean and pleasant, and everything in it worked. We got in late, but a woman kindly left the hot tub area unlocked for us even though it was supposed to be closed. Everyone was helpful, and there was fresh, warm coffee waiting in the lobby in the morning. Thanks for a great stay!

The suite had a full kitchen, and the price was reasonable during the off season. Check-in was easy thanks to a very nice, patient receptionist, and the other staff were friendly too. The complimentary underground parking should be useful in snow season. I’ll come back in winter.
