RedAwning Shooting Star Three Bedroom Luxury Home

We've skied Deer Valley for the last 15 years and have had incredible experiences there, with attentive, competent, pleasant staff compared with other ski destinations. Recently, though, we dealt with the front desk and booked a penthouse unit directly with the owner. Every year we send a package to our unit so we don't have to take certain provisions through the airport, and we'd never had a problem before, whether booking with the property or an owner. This time the desk employee refused to accept the shipment for us. She said we should have booked directly with them instead of trying to "save a few bucks." Unbelievable. Shooting Star management should rethink the training and advice they give employees. The goal should be to improve the guest experience, not THIER BLOOD PRESSURE!!

We had a superb stay in a 3 bedroom condo at Deer Valley, right off Silver Strike Express lift. The ski-in, ski-out spot was excellent. When we arrived, staff were waiting at the garage door to let us in and help unload the car. Inside, the fire was already on, and the TV was showing local news and weather, a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and everything felt perfect, with no detail missed. We made good use of the hot tubs and ski lockers, plus the on-call shuttle around Deer Valley and Park City.

Excellent location and a great place to stay. The TV is much too small and should be larger.

The ski-in, ski-out access is really convenient. The lift you come out onto is probably the least crowded in all of Deer Valley.
