The space was spotless, and the location was one of the handiest for getting to the ski runs. We came with our kids and weren't disappointed. Check-in and checkout were easy, too. You can tell the people here care about looking after their guests.
The rooms are nice and the location on the hill is amazing, but the staff were extremely rude and didn't keep to their posted hours. They left before 4 p.m. even though the sign said 6 p.m., and they were never available before noon. The included locker rooms and sauna were never cleaned, the complimentary pool towels weren't refreshed, and the hallways were dirty. The walk to the condo felt unclean in general.
The host made everything easy and pleasant, and this was the best ski trip of my life. The condo is steps from the slopes and all the shops, bars, and other spots. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend for a great stay in Park City.
There was plenty of room for our group, and the location was perfect. The mountain is only a few steps away, so everyone could ski on their own schedule. A couple of friends worked during the day and could ski back to take a call, then head back out.
We celebrated a birthday in this beautiful condo, and I'm already looking forward to coming back next year. After a long day of skiing, it's such a nice place to return to. The location is hard to beat.
