Since Natural Retreats took over, Silver Star has lost its service-oriented edge. For $35,000 for the week, I expect someone to take out my trash. When I ask for a bag of ground coffee because I forgot to grind my own in the market, I expect it to be brought to my door so I can get to the market later today and sort it out.

We spent a week here in summer, and it was fantastic. Trails start right outside the door, there are great restaurants nearby, and the people are friendly when you run into them. It's a luxury holiday location, and it didn't disappoint.

We’re coming back for our third family stay at Silver Star. Getting into town is easy, and the slopes are right there. The three-bedroom units are always well equipped, and the hot tub is a nice extra. It’s all very convenient.

We loved the four-bedroom penthouse so much we didn't want to leave. The unit and property were amazing. The whole process felt just as good, from booking and a follow-up call about our needs to a friendly check-in and a helpful tour around the property.

The staff were friendly when we rented tandem bikes for the paved trails in Park City, and we had a great ride. There’s also a very friendly bulldog in the shop. We’ll definitely come back and do it again :)
