The older units are clean and have everything you need. We checked in by phone, with no one on site, and you can use another resort's pool and Jacuzzi. There are a couple of free washer-dryers, underground parking, and a nice dog park across the street. There's no elevator, which made carrying our things hard for the older people in our group. The bedroom only had a double or queen bed, too small for us. We'd come back if they get bigger beds.

The apartment has plenty of space and a full kitchen, but at over $300 a night it's overpriced. They charge almost $50 for cleaning, then expect you to take out the garbage and wash the dishes. We stayed five nights and our room was never cleaned. There's also a roughly $150 charge for unspecified services that don't seem to exist. When we arrived, nobody was in the office. We reached someone by phone and got the lock code for our keys, but when we got to the room, other people were inside and weren't going to leave for the next few days. We called again and were given a different room. The thermostat there didn't work, so we were sweating while trying to sleep. The mattress was terrible, too. Every time one of us moved, the whole thing shifted and woke the person next to them. The lodge is quite a distance from the lifts, and there's a long flight of stairs in between. The staircase inside the lodge isn't fun either. We won't be back. For that price, we can find a much better place.

We were woken every morning at 6 a.m. by obnoxious noise from the family upstairs. We called several times to complain, but nothing changed. There are no amenities: no ice machine, coffee, sugar, or creamer packets. We were glad to find salt and pepper tucked away, but only after we'd bought some. The office was closed around the clock, there's no lobby or elevator, and late checkout costs $75. We also had to take out all our own garbage. The big tubs and strong water pressure were nice. But the kitchen sink nozzle was broken and hanging sideways, and the refrigerator made an awful noise every time we opened or closed it. There were only two TVs.

I've stayed here twice and enjoyed both visits. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the area is really quiet. I like that it's within walking distance of the main part of Park City but far enough away from the traffic noise. Check-in was contactless when I stayed, which was easy and convenient. The staff answered the phone when they weren't at the office, which was helpful. I had no complaints and will definitely stay again.

The location is handy, near Main Street in Park City, across from the Library and below the Alpine slides. My family has had a timeshare here for years, and I remember when the lodge was a much better place. Renovations have made parts of it look nicer, and it has potential, but the upkeep and cleaning still need serious attention. The clubhouse is run down and mostly unused, and even the spa needs work. The rooms have been poorly cleaned when we've visited. We end up washing the grimy dishes ourselves, and last time there was dust under the couches, a filthy rug in the main room, and dirty bathroom walls. You never know what you'll find in the drawers or under the beds. I hope the bedding is washed properly, but can't be sure. There's a laundry area if you're worried, though one washer has problems. It might do in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone fussy about cleanliness. It's mediocre at best.
