Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper Park City - Wichita North

The full room charge went onto my spouse's card even though I paid cash the next morning. I understand they need a card on file, and the employee was just following policy, so I don't blame him, but the company's process was frustrating and didn't make sense. A $1 hold to verify the card would be much easier if a guest plans to pay cash. The check-in process should be made faster and easier. These quick fixes are noticeable, just like the room's condition, and they affected our stay. I was disappointed and don't plan to return. For the price, the room needed much better care and updates. The only thing that seemed new was the TV, and even its remote took us almost ten minutes to figure out. There was no art or decor, so it felt bare and uninviting. We booked a king bed, but my side sank noticeably even though I weigh 140 lbs. My spouse's side was firmer, which made the mattress seem very old and ready to be replaced. The mirror across from the bathroom caught the light whenever someone turned it on and shone it into the other person's eyes, making sleep difficult. The chair looked old and dingy too. The bathroom also needed maintenance. There was hair and dirt in a hinge, a loose tile, and visible marks and gaps around the sink cabinets. They supplied lotion and shampoo on the wall and in the shower, but no conditioner.

The GM kindly went out of his way to help me with something he didn't have to do. That says a lot about the people in Wichita. They're kind, friendly, generous, and sincere. When I travel and come back, it reminds me why I love it here more than other parts of the country. What a great place, and the staff are exceptional.

My stay in Park City, KS was great. Bridget checked me in and was really nice and accommodating. The room was very clean, and breakfast had lots of good options.

We stayed one night while visiting family, and the workers were really helpful and nice. The room and the rest of the facility were clean, fresh, and even smelled great. I'd happily recommend this sleep in and suites. Thank you!
