The service was great, though finding the place was confusing because of the construction and the dark. It would be nice to earn points just for staying here. I’m not a big bettor, and I don’t visit the casino often enough to reach a higher card level. The restroom door kept sticking, and the conditioner and body wash dispensers didn’t work.

We chose this place mainly for the casino. It’s reasonably priced, fairly new, and very clean, with a great shower. Since construction between the hotel and casino is pretty extensive, the hotel provides a shuttle there. We stayed on Sunday night and didn’t hear construction noise, though I’m not sure what it’s like on a workday.

The common areas were inviting and well kept, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a soft, cozy bed. The staff were consistently polite and ready to help. It was a pleasant stay that made traveling feel easy.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient for restaurants and public transport. The bed was soft, and the room had what I needed to relax. A very comfortable hotel with great amenities, suitable for a business or leisure trip.

The friendly, helpful staff and the quiet, welcoming feel made the stay especially enjoyable. My room was modern and nicely furnished, with a lot of care put into keeping it clean and in good shape. That mix of comfort and good service made the hotel stand out for me.
