During our whole stay, only one of the three bathrooms worked properly. The showers and toilets were either out of order or unreliable, and after a flood, loud industrial fans made things even harder for me and my roommates. In the middle of that chaos, an expensive personal item of mine was stolen. PC Rentals was extremely negligent about the problems in our Snowblaze unit. I’m very unhappy and won’t do business with them again.

The condo was cramped, the showers never got warm, and the couch was covered in stains. The stairs felt unsafe, like I might fall each time I used them, and some essential things were missing from the unit. Honestly, the experience was so poor I’d rate it -5/5.
We complained, but nothing came of it. The photos aren’t accurate, and even a tent would’ve been an upgrade. It was dark and run down, like a dilapidated college rental. The carpet was thin, stained, and filthy; the walls had holes, knicks, and scuffs. Toilets kept running, and the filthy windows wouldn’t open. The AC was a Jerry-rigged nightmare, and we had to use a wooden pole to lock the balcony. Ghetto!
There’s a back exit and hot tub just across the street from Park City Resort's parking lot, and it’s a quick walk up to the mountain for fresh pow. Leaving from the garage, it’s only a few hundred feet to the Park City free shuttle. It comes every 5-7 minutes and gets you to DT in minutes. Incredible location.
No complaints from us during our couple of days here. Main Street is a quick drive, and the lifts are a short walk away. The hot tub is on the small side. I’d stay again.
