Town Pointe Condominiums- A Park City Lodging, Inc. Property

We had a reservation for five nights in condo 304C, 3/3, and it was a horrible experience. The first night, the air conditioning didn’t cool the bedrooms, so everyone had a hot, sleepless night. We called Park City Lodging, but they couldn’t fix it and brought a portable air conditioner for one room. When we came back the next day hoping for hot showers, only one person could shower at a time because the hot water ran out and the pressure was so low. We called Park city lodging again. A plumber couldn’t come until the following day, and there was a problem with the plumbing system throughout the condo building. They said there was nothing they could do for us. The plumber cleaned some of the pipes and hoped that would help, but we still had warm rooms and poor water pressure until checkout. Nobody rents a three-bedroom, three-bath apartment expecting everyone to take showers one at a time. The cooking pots were scratched Teflon, so we refused to use them because of Teflon poisoning concerns. Management offered a $200 credit. Terrible stay, and I’ll never use Park City Lodging again.

The condo was run down, the heat was poor, and there weren’t enough towels. I called for service and was promised help, but nobody came. Parking was good and skiing was convenient, though the facilities were below par.

A great condo close to main street!!! A102 had updated bathrooms and furniture, and the patio hot tub was awesome!
