I was left with no follow-up after the call suddenly disconnected. I’d been referred to this company by a new representative who said they could help with selling a new product and property management. When I called, they said they’d assist, then put me on hold and never came back to help or tried to reconnect. It made me feel ignored, like they didn’t care about me or my situation. I expected clear communication and actual support, but got silence instead. If this is how they treat people looking for help, it raises serious questions for me about their professionalism and reliability.

We got there at 6pm and no one was at the front desk. Another family was waiting too, so someone had to call an employee to come back and help us. It seemed understaffed for Thanksgiving weekend.

We’ve had a delightful trip so far. The room is clean and comfortable, with a nice view, and we were greeted quickly and warmly. I’d heard this was a lower quality location, though I’m not sure what the complaints were about. I’ve also heard the front desk give directions and other useful information. We’re having a great time. If I skied, I’d expect to be on cloud nine: we watch people from our window walk to the edge of the property, put on their skis, and ski away.

The kitchen island table worked perfectly for cooking with friends and family, and the two bedroom suite was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were nice too.
