Holiday Inn Express & Suites Parsons by IHG

The price is fair, and we know we’ll stay here again when we return to Parsons. We always choose Holiday Inn Express & Suites when visiting because it’s centrally located for us, clean, and has courteous staff. Breakfast is pretty good, too. Since our last visit they’ve added fresh-grind coffee machines, a really nice touch that means coffee is freshly ground whenever you want it.

The staff made the biggest impression on me. They were the best I’ve encountered at any Holiday Inn, friendly, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile. My room was spotless and cleaned each day, and the building and well-lit parking area were clean and well maintained. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the highway, with fuel stations nearby. I’d highly recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone traveling through Kansas.

I enjoyed three nights here. It’s in a great, safe location, and the hotel was VERY clean. Breakfast had a large range of delicious, well-prepared choices, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Sam at the desk was helpful, accommodating, professional, and personable. Marsha from housekeeping was efficient and friendly, making sure we had all the supplies we needed.

We’d originally used points to stay at another hotel during a big trip away from home, but ran into problems there. On Saturday I called Holiday Inn to ask if we could check in here, and the manager was really accommodating and welcoming. Everyone working there was kind, and as soon as you walk in, you can smell how clean it is. Our room was spotless too. I just wish we’d stayed here for the whole trip instead of spending points elsewhere.
