Best Western Premier Pasco Inn & Suites

The breakfast buffet looked great, with lots of choices, fresh food, omelets made to order, and both dark and regular coffee. I was still full from Thanksgiving dinner, so I didn’t try it. During my brief overnight stay, the front desk staff and breakfast servers were welcoming and seemed to enjoy their work. Someone also actually answered when I called with reservation questions. The clean, stylish hotel went beyond what I expected.

The fitness room had several weight machines and yoga mats, and there were two TVs in the bedroom. Everything was very clean, the coffee was decent, and breakfast was better than at most mid-range hotels. I also had a good martini at the bar. When I asked for my vegetarian pizza without meat, they lowered the price instead of charging the same, and those little things matter. The desk, breakfast, and restaurant staff were kind, capable, and gracious. I travel a lot and rarely feel this welcome anymore. Thanks, BW. I’ll come back next time I’m in the Tri-Cities area. This is the best Best Western I’ve come across.

The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the lobby and bar had a warm feel that made it easy to unwind after a long day driving. Everyone was friendly in a natural way, and the stay went smoothly. At check-in, the desk helped me get the lowest available rate, then surprised me with an upgrade. As a Diamond member, that was the first time I’d ever actually been upgraded. I’ve stayed at dozens of Best Westerns around the Pacific Northwest and Midwest, and this one is among the very best. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me, and I’ll choose it again when I’m passing through. Aaron

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were really, really good, and the rest of the breakfast was incredible too. The restaurant and bar were pleasant, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. I was surprised by how nice this place was. It’s easily the nicest Best Western I’ve stayed at or visited. Reward yourself and stay here.
