We stay here whenever we visit the Tri Cities. The staff are always welcoming and nice, and Michael even knows us by name. Thanks for keeping the place so clean and friendly. There’s free breakfast and coffee all day, too.

I was in Pasco for work and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was clean, and the rest of the hotel was tidy and nice. Every time I dealt with the front desk, it went well. I had a few things shipped there, and the staff set them aside for me. When one package was delayed, they extended my checkout so I could be there when it arrived.

We arrived late last night, and Connor was so helpful. He made sure we felt okay and that our rooms were all right. We have service allergies, and the rooms were so clean there wasn’t any pet hair. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The staff made the stay, especially Konner and Michael. They were so courteous and helpful. We stayed four nights with our four small children, and it was such a pleasant visit. The hotel was clean and well managed, and breakfast was good enough that we missed it after leaving. The pool was nice and clean, and our room had a little kitchenette stocked with real plates and tableware. The area felt peaceful, but Walmart and plenty of restaurants were nearly within walking distance. After this stay, it’ll be hard to give five stars anywhere else. Keep it up!

The breakfast was done right, the shower pressure was on point, and the bed was amazing. The rooms were super nice, and the staff were phenomenal. One of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. IHG should use this hotel as its standard.
