Asuncion Ridge Vineyard & Inn has amazing views and great wines, including its Sauvignon Blanc, Estate Pinot Noir, and blends. It’s a peaceful, relaxing place for a bit of country luxury on the central coast. I definitely recommend a visit.

We stayed at the inn, up in the hills about 40 minutes southwest of the tasting room on the square in Paso Robles. The views of the mountains and Pacific sunsets were spectacular.
