Breakfast isn’t included, and while The Bistro has Starbucks coffee and breakfast items, they’re à la carte and the bill can climb fast. I’d skip it and drive five minutes into downtown Paso Robles for a better local meal at Cowgirl Cafe or Joe's Place for about the same price. For a wine-tasting or business trip, this is a dependable, clean, modern base with excellent service. It doesn’t have the distinctive charm of the downtown boutique hotels, but it is consistent.

We stayed twice, first for two days outbound with check-in around 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM, then for one day on the return, checking in around 3 PM and leaving at 9:15 AM. Corrie, Fatima, and Farha at the front desk were friendly and gave top-notch help both times. The staff were five-star all around. The Jacuzzi was wonderful for relaxing, and the fire pit seating area was really nice at night, with cozy chairs around the flames. Clean, comfortable, highly recommend!

I was here for a week for work, then a death in the family meant I had to go home and couldn’t return to collect my things. I called, explained, and asked them to bag everything so I could pick it up soon, since we stay at this hotel frequently for work. They said they would. Now my clothes and other belongings are missing. They say the only things they found were my neon work shirts embroidered with the company logo. I’m out $300 in clothes I have to replace. Lesson learned. Don’t stay long here. I believe housekeeping took my things when they had the chance, and the clerks kept giving me the runaround. Update: they only contacted me after I posted this. Every time I called or went in person, they said it was against their policy. So here’s mine: I won’t change my review even if they try to make things right this one time. They need to make sure this never happens to anyone else. I hope this review warns people about this location’s bad behavior and treatment of customers. Each time I went there, I got the runaround. Even in person, they never let me speak with management, despite asking for the manager. I’m keeping the room rating at one star because things left in rooms may go “missing.”

We loved Paso Robles and want to come back to explore more. The property was beautiful, with a great view and a convenient spot near the highway. Restaurants, parks, and shopping were all about five minutes away. The staff were really nice and accommodating, letting us check in an hour early. We went to see SENSORIO LIGHTS, which was beautiful and magical, though there was a lot of walking. By the end of the night, my kids and I were ready for a warm shower and comfortable bed, and we got both here.
