The rooms were clean, roomy, and nice, and the area is beautiful. We only stayed one night while traveling to Florida for our 25th Anniversary, but I'd happily stay longer another time. The restaurant downstairs was really good, with portions big enough to share.

We were a group of four, and the unit layout worked great for us. The balcony had a partial ocean view, and there was plenty nearby, including ice cream, frozen yogurt, Asian food, seafood, and books just a few feet away. The restaurant right downstairs was amazing, too. The kitchen could use a little rechecking of its housewares. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was handy. We'd visit again.

The room felt fresh, clean, and inviting, and the location was great. There was ample free parking, and check-in and checkout were easy. My two gripes were the 10:00am checkout, which is too early for me, and housekeeping knocking really hard at 10:05 and loudly announcing themselves. That was very annoying.

My room was big, comfortable, and clean, with a nice selection of complimentary snacks. This is a very small hotel connected to a restaurant, and the setup is kind of like an AirBnB. I called the answering service and got someone right away, and they quickly answered my question. The food at the restaurant was good, and the staff were lovely. The Whiskey Bar across the street is a fun place to hang out, with great locals and music.

The location is wonderful and the rooms are decorated cutely, but the cleanliness was a problem. There was a roach beside the toilet, used toiletries in the shower, and bits of trash in the bathroom. I called the answering service to report it, but nothing was done. The place needs a spruce-up and a different cleaning service, and then it would be good.
