I was here Monday through Friday for three weeks. Even after I asked for the room to be cleaned, hair was left all over the shower and there were pee spots on the toilet. The rooms were absolutely nasty. At night, the hotel clerk kept pacing through the hallway and lounge, talking on his cell all night. I wish I could attach pictures. Absolutely shameful.

The location is handy, right by Beaver Mall and lots of nearby food options. My room was spacious and generally clean, though someone had left food in the mini fridge. Breakfast was good, as it usually is at any Hampton Inn.

The bed was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Some maintenance is due, like the bathroom tile grout that was cracked and crumbling, but for what we paid it wasn’t a dealbreaker. With two pricier, higher-class Hilton hotels close by, you can tell this one is meant to be a lower-end option. If you want something fancier, you can pay extra, but I thought this was decent value. The hotel was clean enough overall.

The dirty rugs and spotted, soiled bedding made a bad impression. The rooms were dark and dank, with old furniture. This doesn’t meet the Hampton Inn standard, and if you expect Hilton standards, you won’t find them here. I felt taken advantage of. There’s an old, dilapidated mall nearby, too. Hampton needs to do better.
