The beds were the only thing I’d change, if they ever get an upgrade I’d love them a little firmer 😉 Otherwise, the place feels cozy, almost like home, and the staff are genuinely warm and quick to help. If something comes up, they focus on fixing it right away.

The team made my family and me feel like we belonged there, which means a lot to me. The catering manager was especially memorable, she went out of her way to make our stay special. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but the GM was incredible too, and both the man and woman at the bar were welcoming and attentive. We had such a great stay, and I can’t wait to return.

Petra was so friendly and helpful when an approaching hard freeze meant we needed to leave a day early. Our home in S.C. wasn’t winterized, so we had to cut our reservation short, and she went above and beyond to help. Before that, we’d had a quiet, comfortable three-night stay in a clean, updated room with a nice layout.

The bar and restaurant were great, and the whole place was quiet and comfortable. The staff were so friendly. Rick was at the front desk when we arrived and really went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay.

It feels like a home away from home here. The atmosphere is welcoming, the room is comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. I always enjoy staying at Hilton Garden Inn.
