Best Western Airport Inn

The staff knocked once and came right into my room while I was just getting out of the shower. Then, ten minutes before checkout, they were calling to ask when we were leaving, even though I had to explain we were packing luggage into the car. The door wouldn’t lock. They told us to use the latch and didn’t seem concerned, even though there was a gap at the bottom big enough for a finger. The comforter was stained and dirty, and the water was only moderately warm.

The floor needs mopping, and there were stains on my sheets and towels. I couldn’t tell if the mark on the floor was sauce or blood, but it looked like it had soaked in for good. At least the shampoo and washing items worked, the shower got warm, and the fridge and TV were both fine.

Bedbugs! I’d never seen one before today. I thought Best Western would be a better quality hotel, and I’d never had a problem until now. I told the staff, and all I got was, “I will let the management know.” Stay away.

The room had a double bed, and the cover had a burn hole in it. Cleaning seemed rushed, then I woke up to three roaches scurrying around. The tiny parking lot was also annoying to get in and out of. If you’re nearby, pass this place up.
