We were only passing through, but my boyfriend and I stayed an extra night because we felt so comfortable and relaxed here. We were traveling with our dog, and the staff even worked with us so we could keep the same room. They really do try to make guests happy. The manager was great, and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. We saw people working on the property all day, inside and out, and it shows in how well they maintain the place. The rooms aren't brand new, but they're clean and cared for. We also got the kind of help that makes a difference. At 10 at night, my boyfriend asked for two comforters and they brought them without hesitation. The customer service was better than I've had at any other hotel, cheaper or more expensive, and the place has a special charm that makes it feel like home. Everything about our stay was five stars, with really good vibes I can't quite put into words. Thanks, B&J Hotels and Apartments. If you're in the area, give it a try over the others. You won't regret it!

I'm staying here now, and I truly recommend it. The rooms are spectacular, and Adrian makes a great breakfast. Most of all, Lobli and Adrian go out of their way to help. I'm a Diamond member at by Whynham, but here they treat you like family.

We got a good discount through Booking.com, and the beds were comfortable for the price. The hotel is farther from I-20 than we wanted, but the manager helped by switching rooms to accommodate a disabled family member. If you're in the Pecos, Texas area, I'd recommend it to anyone with a disability.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the guy helping us was attentive and so helpful. I'd highly recommend staying here, and we'll be back!

Code violations all over the place, and I was shocked this hotel is allowed to operate. For four times the price, it reminded me of somewhere in the bad parts of Tijuana, Mexico. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't understand how it has reviews above one star. I also see it's listed as AKA Alien Residence Inn. Absolutely avoid it.
