The room was dirty, with dusty surfaces, grimy floors, and a bad smell. Staff were rude and dismissive, and ignored the concerns we brought up. Having to pay extra for parking made an already miserable stay even more frustrating. I’d strongly avoid this Texas hotel for the poor cleaning and service.

Check-in through the rest of the stay, the staff seemed annoyed whenever we asked a basic question. They were unfriendly and dismissive instead of helping with problems. The room had visible dust and stains and didn’t look properly cleaned. Paying extra for parking felt like one more unnecessary charge, especially for a stay this poor. Not worth the money.

From the start, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and made the stay uncomfortable. The room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned well before we arrived. When we tried to raise concerns, the employees were rude and unhelpful. They also charged extra for parking, which felt unreasonable. This Texas hotel didn’t meet basic expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The desk service was good, and at first glance the place seemed not bad. Looks can fool you, though. I had to switch rooms because the toilet in the first one didn’t work. The rooms were mostly clean, with just some soap scum, which isn’t bad considering the oilfield traffic. It’s right next to the Loves, so expect trucks honking and a woman’s voice coming over the loudspeaker. Breakfast was the low point. At 8:30 a.m., eggs and sausage were the only hot options. There was cereal but no milk, no yogurt or condiments, and the pastry bin was empty, leaving sliced bread. It was barely mediocre. You’d be better off at McDonald’s.
