Fairfield Inn & Suites Birmingham Pelham/I-65

Devon and Sylvia were so pleasant and helpful, and the customer service was excellent. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Sylvia pointed us to a very good restaurant within walking distance, and Devon sorted out an extra day for us without any hassle. Breakfast was fresh and well looked after, with plenty of parking. There was good coffee and tea in the spacious lobby all day and night.

Devon at the front desk was so personable and made sure we had what we needed. The hotel was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. There were plenty of breakfast choices, too. Thanks, Devon, for the great service.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the hotel had a fresh smell. Staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was hot and good. Great value for the price.

The bathtub and shower control was a bit wonky, but otherwise this was a great example of a hotel in this tier. The room was clean and updated, the desk staff were attentive and friendly at both check-in and checkout, and breakfast was nicely laid out and available a little early. I think the scrambled eggs were real, or at least not powdered. I’d stay again.
