Hotel Inn Pendleton I-84

The service is phenomenal, and the rooms are spacious and great. The location is easy to reach, too. For this price, I've never seen a hotel provide so much: shampoo, conditioner, several soaps, face pads, Q-tips, nail files, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. They really go all in for their customers!

Ram was courteous, communicated well, and did a great job helping customers with what they needed. The owners or management were professional when we arrived, and Danish was kind and helpful, with lots of knowledge about the community, restaurants, and things to do. The room was affordable, simple, clean, and had enough for a night or two. The lower floor has lots of amenities to accommodate people with disabilities, which was nice to see. Breakfast included orange and apple juice, coffee, hot water for tea, bananas, apples, cereal, and yogurt. I thought it was a great value. Thanks for the great service and a good night's stay.

It was quiet and felt safe, across from the municipal buildings. Ram at the front desk had good energy and was helpful. He told us the TV in our room wasn't working right and offered us another room, but we had laptops, so we were fine. We hadn't expected breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find it. The room was very clean, the water pressure and temperature were excellent, and the bed was comfortable. It had a good sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, and the usual toiletries, plus a little toothbrush and toothpaste. The AC and heater worked great. Sure, a few things could be better, but for the price I have no complaints and would happily stay again.

The website accidentally created two identical bookings, so I spoke with the office to make sure we wouldn't be charged twice. The staff member handled it. Otherwise, this place was surprisingly nice and reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable, with several bathroom toiletries beyond the usual soaps. The counter staff were really friendly and eager to please. Breakfast was better than I expected, with cinnamon rolls, hard boiled eggs, and three kinds of fresh fruit.
