The pool was the main reason we booked, so learning after arrival that it was closed was a major letdown. The room was also dirty, with hair in the bathroom and main area, cigarette burns visible on the comforter, and a clogged toilet. We told the front desk right away, but they handed us a plunger and expected us to sort it out ourselves. It was a frustrating experience and not what we expected. Basic cleanliness and amenities should be there, especially when they're what brings guests in.

The night shift gentleman is the best. He always goes above and beyond to look after us, and everyone here is kind and helpful. Over time the staff have really become like family. We appreciate their hospitality and always look forward to staying.

The hotel is run down, with bed frames stored along a stairwell wall, and the TV speaker was worse than my phone with very few channels. They also advertise a hot tub, but there isn't one. I pulled into an almost empty lot midday and understood why once I got to the room. The toilet had feces in it, and after a long drive I lay down for a nap but kept feeling bites on my legs. It turned out to be bed bugs. They did give me a refund, though I was surprised they first suggested just moving rooms given all of this. If you want a decent hotel for a reasonable price, keep driving. This isn't the place.

The front desk guy was friendly and had us checked into a room in under five minutes. My wife, baby and I stopped to rest while driving from Wyoming to Seattle, and Super 8 went beyond what I expected. The room and bathroom were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean too, without any hairs. Thank you so much. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.
