The two-bedroom units have plenty of room and feel comfortable, and the interior looked like the listing photos when I applied. With a toddler, having a park right next door has been a real plus. The rent feels fair for what things cost these days. Derek in management is easy to reach, flexible, and good about communicating. Much better than living in a complex owned by Morgan Properties.

The apartment turned out even better than I expected. It’s beautiful and peaceful, and Avalon Apartments has been such a caring, supportive company to deal with. Derek in particular has been amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. If you need a new place to live, this is it!

Mark made our first month in Rochester feel safe and welcoming. My spouse, our little son, and I arrived in December 2023, and this place became our home for that month.
