We rented a three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 12th floor, with views toward both the Gulf and the sound. It had an open layout and beautiful artwork on the walls. The outdoor pool looked lovely, though it isn't heated. The patio was a great place to sit and watch the waves or sunrise, and we had room to spend time with family. The beach was easy to reach for shell hunting or sunbathing. Pensacola Beach and Fort Pickens are close, and Peg Leg Pete’s is just a two-block walk for dinner. Postcard Properties, Pensacola Beach, FL made renting easy and kept us updated by text. I’d rent this condo again.

Quiet spot, and the beach is just a short walk away. The pool was clean and nice, and the place itself was beautiful and clean.

Unit 510 was roomy and comfortable, and getting to restaurants, the beach, and everything else was easy. We had fun, but give the instructions from Pensacola Beach Properties a careful read, more than once, and call before arrival. I had to phone their emergency line while at the gate because I hadn't received the gate, pedestrian exit, or unit codes. You'll also need the parking permit and guest pass found in the unit, and you have to sign a rental agreement. The property fee was $443.49 for our three-night stay.

I've stayed in a lot of condos, and this was one of the best. It was beautiful and clean, with all the bells and whistles. I'd love to come back.
